On a phone

Where your customers decide.

People looking for an electrician are often on a phone, sometimes standing in a dark kitchen. The concept puts the two things they need, what you do and how to reach you, on the first screen.

Personally reviewed

Hi Sam,

Thanks for sending through Northbank Electrical. Your current site already has the raw material: a solid list of services and a clear sense that you're a local, licensed team. It just isn't organised to help someone decide quickly.

The concept keeps your content and changes how it's arranged: one plain line about who you help, a phone button that's always one tap away, and a short quote form that asks what kind of job it is so you can prioritise call-backs.

To be upfront: the first draft was generated with AI from your existing site. I've reviewed it, rewritten the headline, regrouped the services and taken out a couple of things that weren't right for an electrician. Everything you see here has been checked by me.

If you'd like to make it real, book a 20-minute call below. No pitch. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you.

What we found

Three things holding your current site back.

Clarity

01 · Position

What we saw

The homepage opens with “Welcome to our website!” and a long paragraph. A visitor can't tell in a few seconds what you do best or who you do it for.

In the concept

A one-line statement of who you help, with your four core services directly underneath.

Conversion

02 · Convert

What we saw

There's no phone number on the first screen, and the only enquiry option is a “click here to email us” link.

In the concept

Tap-to-call that stays visible on mobile, plus a three-field quote form that asks for suburb and job type.

Search

03 · Scale

What we saw

Every service sits in one paragraph on one page, so there's nothing specific for Google to match to a search like “switchboard upgrade”.

In the concept

A dedicated page for each core service, with clear headings and local detail. No ranking promises, just a clear structure for search engines to understand.

What this maps to

We'd recommend Super Eddy.

This concept is a six-page site: Home, four service pages and Contact. Super Eddy's 30 launch credits cover about 10 pages, so the full redesign is included, with $0 setup. Then Eddy keeps improving it, one considered change at a time, and Jordan checks each one.

Prefer to start lighter?

Eddy is $77/mo for your first 12 months (launch offer), then $129/mo, $0 setup: hosting and care, a monthly health note, changes from $89 each, and a redesign after 36 months.
