Why we keep it small

We deliberately keep Elphick Digital small. It means you work directly with the people responsible for the strategy, design and development of your website, without being passed between salespeople, account managers and production teams.

No layers. No handoffs. You deal directly with us from the first conversation through launch, and beyond when the site needs to grow.

Built in Newcastle. Working across Australia.

Our studio is based in Newcastle. We work with businesses across the Hunter and Australia-wide, in person when it helps and over video when that is easier.

How Elphick Digital started

Elphick Digital grew from two professional paths that look different on paper and work well together in practice.

Jordan's background in engineering and software development led toward building systems that hold up under real use. Sally's career in legal practice developed a different set of skills: understanding people, navigating complexity, communicating clearly, and making careful decisions.

We brought those perspectives together to build a studio where websites are treated as business tools, not simply design projects.
